Shipping & Return Policy


We are available Monday – Friday, 10:00am – 5:00pm PST.

Each week, we ship on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. All orders are shipped within 3 days of receipt.

We want you to feel confident with your purchase and provide you with excellent customer service. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product to Include DAMAGE RETURN Order #(…) in the subject line and photo proof in the body of the email. We replace all damaged items free of charge. 


We encourage our customers to place an order when half of their products are gone. This will prevent shipping delays and ensure that you keep up with your wellness routine. In fact, the best thing to do is subscribe. You’ll save and never run out!

Most everyone loves Our Kind by EBK Apothecary, but sometimes our customers find that the first thing they try isn’t right for them. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with our products, please give us a call. We may be able to find a solution for you and gladly exchange it.

But you may also request a refund of the full purchase price within 22 days of the product received date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. And you will need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customer is responsible for return shipping. Please submit your request to or text 714-988-3362 to speak with our order support staff.

  • You have 22 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. We advise sending returns with tracking information. Refunds are issued within 8 days of receiving the product in its original condition.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

When your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

  • Most refunds reflect in your account within 7-10 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
